PayPal the software development firm has been honoured at the 2014 Zinnov Awards. The company has been recognised for its excellent work in four categories, which include ‘High Impact Global Roles,’ ‘Potential to Solve Large Scale Problems,’ ‘Ecosystem Enablement – Startups,’ and ‘Thought Leadership.’ The company won the titles leaving behind the 250 entries from 70 organisations.
PayPal became the clear winner in ‘High Impact Global Roles’ and ‘Potential to Solve Large Scale Problems’ categories. The company received the High Impact award as it global leaders delivered the overall PayPal product experience to customers and merchants around the globe. The other category recognises the company for developing strategies which helped the customers in solving their problems all around the world.
The company also bagged an award for supporting entrepreneurial community through ‘Star Tank’, which in turn won accolades for the company in the ecosystem enablement for startups category. Through Start Tank PayPal provides early-stage start-ups with a world-class incubation space and access to global mentors, angel investors, and venture capitalists.

Apart from this Pragati Rai, the Chief Technology Evangelist at PayPal was honoured with the ‘Thought Leadership Contribution’ award. The award notifies her work in different ecosystem initiatives which ensured success of global campaigns of technologies based on mobile and cloud engineering.
