Pegasystems, Accenture Unveils Intelligent Customer Decisioning Service to Enhance Customer Engagement

Pegasystems and Accenture jointly launches an Intelligent Customer Decisioning as a Service, which is a cloud-based solution designed to advance marketing strategies for telecommunications providers.
