Our ML/AI algorithms are tuned over several TB’s of data and help our clients with forecasting, mixed marketing modeling, sentiment analysis and predictive analytics.

Data visualization indeed plays a very important part and for this reason instead of relying on current market solutions, We have created a very comprehensive visualization and dashboarding solution of our own that can analyze data from multiple sources and can use generative AI to build intuitive visualization that can quickly generate actionable insights.

NLP holds promise in anticipating customer demands in rapidly changing markets. How does Paxcom harness NLP technologies to enable trendspotting and enhance customer engagement?

NLP is core to our vision of simplifying eCommerce and more and more is integrated to get insights from TB’s of data we have in an intuitive way.

Absolutely. One of our standout success stories involves optimizing Amazon Ads for a client facing high ad spends and saturated sales. By resolving suppressed ASIN issues, optimizing sponsored brand creatives, and implementing targeted display campaigns, we achieved a remarkable 228% revenue growth, a 224% increase in orders, and an 89% growth in clicks.

Additionally, for a client with low online market share and stock awareness issues, we implemented comprehensive stock status tracking across all serviceable zip codes using Kinator, which increased stock availability from 63% to 94%. These examples highlight how Paxcom’s strategic interventions significantly enhance our clients’ efficiency, customer satisfaction, and revenue growth.
