Progress Software inaugurates Corporate Incubator to help startups
The software company Progress has announced the inauguration of its Pacific Incubator in India part of Progress’ global initiative to support application development projects for startups using the Progress Pacific platform. This is the first corporate incubator in Hyderabad. The objective of the Progress Pacific Incubator program is to help early stage startups in Hyderabad that are building business applications. Startups that are at the prototype stage of an idea can leverage the Progress Pacific and Progress Rollbase solutions to gain significant productivity benefits and faster time-to-market for their business applications.
Speaking at the inauguration, Ramesh Loganathan, Managing Director Progress Software India, said, “It is a milestone achieved for us as the Pacific incubator will be a catalyst in further strengthening the Hyderabad startup ecosystem. The initiative is aligned with our Pacific product vision to work closely with startups as they build their domain solutions, working under severe resource and time constraints, and thus needing the rapid development power of the Progress Pacific platform. We hope that many startups will benefit from the initiative and will make the most of the opportunities at the Pacific incubator.”
The Progress Pacific Incubator is designed to offer workspace for each startup and free of cost access to the Pacific platform to build their solutions.
