The Qorvo PAC55712 controllers combine a 150MHz Arm® Cortex®-M4F microcontroller with Active-Semi’s proprietary Multi-Mode Power Manager™, Configurable Analog Front-End™, and Application-Specific Power Drivers™. This compact solution includes 128kB of FLASH memory, 32kB of SRAM, a 2.5MSPS ADC with programmable auto-sampling for up to 24x sequences, 3.3V IO, flexible clock control, PWM/general-purpose timers, and multiple serial communication interfaces.
