Quick Heal Chosen as Business Partner by Maharashtra Govt. To Provide Security to Proposed IIIT Project in Pune
Quick Heal Technology, the leading provider of AntiVirus and IT security solutions, has been selected by Maharashtra Govt. as one of the security partners for the proposed Indian Institute of Information Technology (IIIT) in Pune. The other business partners for the IIIT project are Rolta India Ltd and Hubtown Ltd.

The state cabinet of the Maharashtra Govt. has given its nod for the Pune project. The core aim of establishing IIITs is to set up a model of education which can create best-in-class human resources in IT and harness the multi-dimensional aspects of IT in several domains.
It’s worth noting that, Pune is the second city after Nagpur to have such an IT institute. Both the IIITs will be set up on Not-for-profit Private Public Partnership (N-PPP) model.
