Ricoh India to expand its services in South India region


Ricoh India has revealed about the expansion of its IT solutions and services in the South India region. The company delivers one-stop business solutions for accelerating workplace efficiency of Corporate Enterprises & Government Agencies with the help of its IT Automation & process integration. The company has also implemented Business Process Consulting approach to enable important industry verticals like BFSI, Healthcare, Manufacturing and Education by building industry-specific solutions for these segments.

Talking about this, Manoj Kumar, Executive Vice President & CEO, Ricoh India said, “We forayed into IT services 3 years back keeping in mind that today’s customers are looking for partners that can develop and provide customized solutions. Our strong capabilities in the domains of Imaging, Communication and IT Services have enabled Ricoh to emerge as a one-stop business solutions provider. IT services are one of our key growth engines which contributed to 45% to our total revenue last year. In the coming years, we would like to expand our business and increase its contribution to 60% of our total revenue.”

Lately, Ricoh India also bagged an order worth Rs 1,370 crores from the Department of Post, to provide Rural ICT solution. The primary aim of this project is to enhance the quality of service, deliver more value-added services and attain “financial inclusion” of unbanked rural population. This will provide a wider reach to Indian populace through more customer interaction channels.
