Schneider Electric Launches Its Innovation Challenge In India
Schneider Electric has kick-started its innovation challenge ‘Hackware 2019’ in India. The contest aims to provide an open platform for seasoned experts as well as budding engineers to share ideas that can reshape the future and showcase the criticality of sustainability.
The Hackware 2019 is built on three themes, Decarbonization, Decentralization, and Digitization of EcoStruxure. Schneider Electric is inviting participants to present their innovative ideas around the areas impacting sectors of Urban, Residential, Buildings and Industry.
The 72 hours hackathon will include Masterclasses on technology, innovation, design thinking and keynote by experts. Teams will be selected during the hackathon to make their presentations to an esteemed jury for the selection of winners.
Schneider Electric believes the ideas generated through the event will help build better “Buildings of the Future”, “Plants of the Future”, “Grids of the Future” and ensure the creation of a secure and sustainable energy system driven by energy-efficient solutions.
