Servion Global Solutions achieves 35 percent growth

Servion had adopted differentiation in its positioning, messaging and engagements with large accounts, through its technology adoption. Each of these aspects has contributed to its growth of over 35 percent the financial year ending 2015.

Speaking about the growth, K. Balakrishnan, MD and CEO, Servion Global Solutions said, “Servion is in the middle of yet another transition and a very interesting growth phase. We are taking decisive actions to consolidate our positioning as an end-to-end service provider in the CIM domain. We will continue to invest in increasing our ability to offer proactive, outcome/KPI based end-to-end solutions for our customers.  We are confident that we are on the right track and therefore we are streamlining our investments to deliver against our growth objectives. I am confident that all these efforts will help us achieve our target of 1000 crores by 2017”.

The company is now working towards boosting its US operations and also to strengthen its presence in the UK market. The firm has also set up a new leadership team in UK in order to focus on the growth on the region. Along with this the company is also planning to foray into the African region and expand its Australian footprint as well.

In order to move ahead with its plans the company is entering into various partnerships and is establishing teams to strengthen areas like Work Force Management and customer behaviour analytics. Servion will make significant investments in analytics and in its home grown platforms like ServIntuit, ServInsights, and several other IP driven projects. There will be continued focus on developing and offering cloud solutions for customers globally– both private and public.
