HCL Care the consumer services business segment of HCL Services has received the ‘Best Retailer of the Year’ Award in the mobile and telecom services category. The firm won the award at the Asia Retail Congress 2015. It is a global platform which promotes world class retail practices and also recognises best practices in the retail industry.

HCL Care has a service network of 300 service centres in the country, which serves more than 3 million consumers per year. The various services they deliver comprise of contact centre, walk-in centres, onsite support, supply-chain operations, and reverse logistics and repair factory services. The centres also handles the sales value added services like product training/returns handling, product swaps, refunds management, dead-on-arrival refurbishment, fraud detection and customer satisfaction tracking.
