Hitachi Solutions has announced the release of Live//AX, that offers customers an economical alternative to optimize, enhance and support their existing Microsoft Dynamics AX systems. Live//AX has three tiers of service -Bronze, Silver, or Gold, starting at $3,000 per month.
Customers can choose to subscribe to one of the three tiers, and each tier has a set monthly fee that comes with a base allocation of available team hours each month. This monthly service includes a consistent team of technical consultants who has skills and experience to fulfill all Dynamics AX requirements.
The team involves 3 Dynamics AX experts and is assisted by Hitachi Solutions Group. It’s worth noting that with each plan, additional hours can be added at a low-cost rate.
“The Silver Tier economics is interesting because a customer essentially pays for only one full-time resource and, in return, receives the benefit of an entire team of experienced Dynamics AX professionals capable of performing all AX-related tasks including: AX module configuration, report writing, user training, performance tuning, support, patches and upgrades, resulting in improved end-user satisfaction and enhanced value from AX,” said Mike Gillis, president and global chief operating officer, Hitachi Solutions America.
