Lenovo has introduced Deal Registration System – DRS 2.0, an easy-to-use free platform that is accessible from any web browser and mobile handset. The DRS 2.0 online platform will be the direct
online connection between Lenovo and its commercial business partners.
Once registered on the platform, a partner can gain a plethora of benefits like updated information, best deals on a prospective client, exclusive locking in the client with Lenovo and free access to CRM solutions.
The new platform builds on the DSR 1.0 platform launched last year. The new platform adds several features that not only increase functionality, speed and transparency but also provide a lag-free engagement.
Lenovo has designed this platform to help build, strengthen and sustain their relationship with this community, channel partners. Through DRS 2.0, the firm will be able to expand its partner ecosystem and grow its business.

DSR 2.0 provides three distinct benefits:-
- Best deals: Once a participating partner registers the information of the prospective deal, they get access to best rates and deals, thus increasing their possibility to win with Lenovo.
- Clarity of business: A registered partner gets to lock-in a prospective client on the platform for a period of 90 days (Approx.3 months), provided the same client is not already locked-in. During this period, Lenovo will offer all the required support linked to the client only to that registered partner.
- CRM Support: Free access to the CRM solution, helping partners maintain records, review transactions and access detailed chronological data.
