As a part of the association, Mphasis wants to revolutionize the digital customer experience in the banking and insurance industry through increased interaction intelligence and humanization.

Mphasis’ will incorporate Artificial Solutions’ digital employees, natural language analytics and other components from the Teneo platform into its Customer Experience Management (CEM) solutions to enable its clients to deliver the ultimate customer experience. Teneo from Artificial Solutions is an ultra-rapid NLI development and analytics platform that allows business users and developers to collaborate on creating sophisticated natural language applications in record time without the need for specialist linguistic skills.
