Siemens Closes Mendix Acquisition

Siemens to accelerate investments and growth in Mendix’s organic business and verticals, fueling faster go-to-market expansion

Siemens announces that it has successfully closed the acquisition of Mendix – eight weeks after the transaction was announced as part of the company’s Vision 2020+ strategy.

The new acquisition is also said to empower customers in their digitization operations.
