Uniphore to Transit Multi-city Roadshow

Uniphore Software Systems announces its multi-city “Convert Customers to Evangelists” roadshow. The roadshow aims to discourse the eminency of speech analytics in helping contact centers achieve their business goals.

The company will launch the next version of its speech analytics software, auMina on 6th August in Delhi during the roadshow. The roadshow will transit from Delhi to Mumbai and then Bangalore which is scheduled for August 11 and 13 respectively.

The roadshow will be addressed by leading industry practitioners who are expected to share their experience in evaluating and implementing speech analytics solutions.
