Tata Communications initiates mobile VoIP platform


HONG KONG: Tata Communications, a prominent provider of what may be officially christened in the Information and Technology arena as “A New World of Communications”, today pronounced the launch of its mobile VoIP platform, a hosted, white label solution that permits mobile network operators (MNO) and other retail voice providers to deliver and monetise innovative converged IP communication services. The mobile VoIP platform offers a rich feature set that facilitates operators to quickly roll out packages that from its quarter creates competitive differentiation among user communities reading in the order as roamers, migrants, and digital natives exploiting internet reach.

Tata Communications’ mobile VoIP platform gives MNOs the capability to offer customers a simple, congregated communication service across the forays as regards voice, chat, video and file sharing, augmenting the customer relationship value chain and by this means refining customer loyalty and Average Revenue per User (ARPU). The mobile VoIP platform empowers operators to takeoff their own branded mobile VOIP app and make it available on all the major smartphone and desktop platforms.
