Vodafone Enhances Customer Experience, Expands Retail Footprint in Rajasthan

Vodafone, in an effort to improve customer care services in Rajasthan, has expanded retail footprints across the state. With over 670 stores, the telecom operator has made its position as ‘the largest exclusive retail footprint in Rajasthan’.

With a massive investment of over INR 200 crores, the telecom operator has launched 9 retail stores and 50 mini-stores within a span of 12 months. With a growing use of smartphones and mobile internet, customer is evolving at a fast pace and to simplify the mobility solutions, Vodafone providing its customer a best in class service experience that includes a hassle-free responsive website where the customers can access and avail a range of products and services in the shortest possible time.

In addition to this, the operator also offers customers an opportunity to connect My Vodafone Mobile App and Vodafone Live Chat.

Vodafone in the last one month has launched 8 Global Design Retail Stores (GDRS) spreading across Jaipur, Kishangarh, Baswara, Chittorgarh, Ganganagar, Kota and Hanumangarh, in Rajasthan to meet the evolving needs and expectations of the customers.

Talking about the initiatives taken by Vodafone to enhance customer experience,  Amit Bedi, Business Head – Rajasthan, Vodafone India, said, “With the largest retail footprint in the country, Vodafone believes in remaining accessible to our valued customers across urban and rural locations. Our latest retail expansion in Rajasthan with the launch of ten new Global Design Stores within a single month is led by this same customer centricity focus. With over 9800 stores, Vodafone has the largest exclusive retail footprint in telecom in India and they will continue to take requisite steps to further enhance its distribution and reach.
