Telit collaborates with Google cloud platform


Telit Wireless Solutions has announced its collaboration with the Google cloud platform. As per this association, the company will be introducing its first IoT Big Data Challenge, a competition aimed at promoting and accelerating innovation around the Internet of Things. The objective of the challenge is to harmonize the worlds of connected devices and cloud computing in a simple and seamless fashion.

Developers from all over the world invited to create Web-based and mobile applications based on data from a wide variety of connected sensors and devices. The participants will make use of Google Cloud Platform to harvest the IoT data in order to illustrate the power and simplicity of developing compelling IoT solutions. A panel of judges will review all submissions and select winners based on innovation, commercial impact and benefits to society.
