IDC Industry Innovation Award 2021 recognizes the realization of the transformative journey that organizations have gone through leveraging digital technologies to reinvent and innovate.
Tata Tele Business Services (TTBS) has bagged the prestigious ‘Innovation in Data Intelligence’ award by IDC Industry Innovation Awards 2021, which recognizes and celebrates pioneers in the technology industry.
TTBS’s Marketing Automation Project – Oracle Eloqua-a technology program which leveraged previously unused or non-quantifiable data resulting in intelligence and impact to the business by way of revenue, cost, or experience enhancement led towards achieving this victory.
