UST Global receives four awards at TISS-Leapvault CLO Awards India

UST Global has bagged four awards at the Tata Institute of Social Science (TISS)-Leapvault CLO Awards India held in Mumbai. The company participated in six categories and was declared winners in four. The company received Bronze and Silver awards for the ‘Global Learning & Development Team of the Year’ and the ‘Best Blended Learning Program’ respectively. Along with this the company was also recognized for its capability in facilitating socio-cultural alignment and IT training to people with limited technical knowledge, under its ‘Step IT Up America’ program aimed at empowering minority women in the US with technical jobs, with its blended learning strategy.

Speaking about the achievement, Madana Kumar, Head, Learning & Development at UST Global, said, “It’s an honor for us to be recognized at one of India’s largest congregation of industry professionals. Kumar received two individual awards called the ‘Global CLO Chief Learning Officer of the Year’ Award in the Silver category and ‘CLO Chief Learning Officer of the Year’ Award in the Gold category for his exemplary leadership in transforming the learning and development vertical in the organization.
