Wipro announced a strategic alliance and partnership with IT service provider and technology consulting firm Comparex for its Microsoft Licensing Solution Provider (LSP) business in India.
Wipro says with the maturity of licensing industry, the need to focus on core competencies such as providing IT and business services, managing client relationships has deepened so that company has partnered with Comparex to make available back-office support for its Microsoft LSP business in India. This will let Wipro to focus on its clients with a resource-specific approach and make sure its ownership of the entire customer relationship.
Comparex will bring transactional efficiency to Microsoft LSP operations and support Wipro for its expertise in Microsoft Services.
Speaking on the partnership Soumitro Ghosh, Chief Executive, Wipro Infotech said, “This partnership will undoubtedly increase the focus on growth strategies for both COMPAREX India and Wipro along with providing value to the Microsoft LSP customers in India.“
