Wipro Testing Services grabs top position in Gartner Magic Quadrant


The leading information technology company Wipro has announced that it has grabbed the position of a ‘Leader’ in the Gartner Magic Quadrant for Application Testing 2014. The research and analyst firm describes “Application testing services” as a comprehensive term used to capture all types of verification and validation services for the purposes of supporting client’s applications quality control and quality assurance (QA).

In the report, the firm assessed 16 different software vendors on the basis of 15 criteria and Wipro turnout to be a leader amongst all. As per Gartner, the application testing market is the fastest growing one in the existence of numerous service providers. The research and analyst firm further stated that presently it is aware of 300 such service providers.
