Xerox appoints Anurag Gupta as the Director, Customer Service Operations

Xerox has announced the appointment of Anurag Gupta as the Director Customer Service Operations for Xerox India. He will be replacing Balaji Rajagopalan, who has taken the role of Executive Director, Technology, Channels and International Distributor Operations for the company.

Speaking about the appointment, Roy Harding, Chief Operating Officer, Developing Markets Organisation, Xerox said, “Anurag’s first-hand customer service experience along with his extensive knowledge of Xerox offerings and channels made him the first choice to head the CSO operations. At Xerox, we believe in growing potential talent organically and am sure Anurag with his vast experience, market knowledge and proven strategic leadership will achieve great heights.”

Anurag has been associated with the company since 29 years and has made valuable contributions to the company’s business. He joined Xerox has a trainee and through his dedication and hard work achieved various key positions in the company.

Talking about his new role and responsibilities, Anurag Gupta commented, “I have had a wonderful journey with Xerox for the last 29 years and I am excited to take on this new role.
