Xerox titled as MSP leader by InfoTrends


Xerox has revealed that it has been named as a Leader in Managed Print Services (MPS) in the Managed IT Infrastructure: Managed Print Services Report by InfoTrends. The MPS program from Xerox has three stages assess and optimize; secure and integrate; automate and simplify. The program enables the large and small companies to work smarter, improve productivity, connect with clients faster and use data to bolster business results.

Speaking about the MPS program from Xerox, InfoTrends stated, “Xerox is the leading MPS vendor for having the most broadly differentiated MPS offerings in the market. It has an established MPS program with a particularly diverse customer base across different business sizes and industries. The company has continued to be forward looking in the MPS space…and is simplifying MPS by automating much of the monitoring and reporting functions.”

Talking about the achievement, Mike Feldman, president, Large Enterprise Operations, Xerox, said, “Our leadership position demonstrates the value that our Next Generation MPS offerings bring to the marketplace in terms of workflow automation, security, mobility and sustainability. Our capabilities bridge the paper and digital worlds so businesses can maximize their content and data in the most productive ways.”

The report also highlighted that Xerox’s partnerships with Hyland Software and Datawatch help differentiate its MPS offerings as well as peripheral solutions and services. The Xerox’s MPS offerings manage an enterprise’s document lifecycle and proactively mitigate concerns around printing.
